  • Be it resolved:

    THAT Council proceed to Closed Session move into closed session at        a.m./p.m. pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 which states a meeting or part of a meeting may be closed to the public if subject matter being considered is in accordance with:

    • Subsection (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board, specifically as it relates tot he procurement of a Heavy Rescue Apparatus; 
    • Subsection (c) a proposed or pending acquisition of disposition of land by the municipality or local board, specifically as it related to an Expression of Interest in lands owned by the Ministry of Natural Resources; and, 
    • Subsection (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, specifically as it relates to potential staffing implications related to the Organizational Structure Review.
