Recommendation:  That the Council agenda for June14, 2023 be approved as presented.

Recommendation: That Council receive the presentation titled "Maple View Landings Redevelopment Project" for information purposes.

Items listed under Consent agenda are considered routine or no longer require a further discussion and are enacted in one motion. The exception to this rule is that a Member may request that one or more items be pulled for discussion and voted on separately.

Recommendation: That Council designate the Kemptville District Community Association Canada Day Celebration as a Municipally Significant Event.

Recommendation:


That Council:

  1. Approves Official Plan Amendment of the lands located at the corner of Pinehill Road and County Road 43, Part Lot 25, Concession 3, Part 1& 2 on reference Plan 243, geographic Township of Oxford-on-Rideau, not the Municipality of North Grenville to realign the boundary between Highway Commercial and Residential land use designations and to allow overall density of 149 units per hectare.
  2. Approves ZBA-16-22 to re-zone the subject lands from Rural (RU) to Highway Commercial (C3-34-h), Institutional (I-9-h) and Residential - Fourth Density (R4-17-h & R4-18-h) and to vary zone standards to permit the development of up to 490 residential dwellings with ground floor commercial.

Recommendation: That Council receive the report titled "Housing Report Card - 2022" for information purposes.

Recommendation: That Council direct staff to review By-Law 61-14 to consider the inclusion of cats in the "Running at Large" section.

A by-law to adopt amendment No.10 to the Official Plan of the Municipality of North Grenville.

A by-law to amend By-Law 50-12 being a by-law to regulate the use of land and use of buildings and structures within the Municipality of North Grenville, for the zoning of lands located at Pinehill Road.

Recommendation: That By-Law 67-23 to confirm the proceedings of Council at its regular meeting held on June 14, 2023 be adopted and passed.
